The Challenge

Raising Awareness on Distracted Driving

Every year, thousands of people in the U.S. are injured in crashes caused by distracted drivers. Allstate Insurance sought an innovative way to educate the public on this critical issue while also fostering deeper engagement with their agents in South Florida.

The Solution

Action Against Distraction

We created ActionAgainstDistraction.com, a custom online platform designed to raise awareness and highlight the real dangers of distracted driving. The site featured firsthand accounts from teens who had survived serious accidents, sharing their experiences and lessons learned. Allstate agents also provided compelling statistics on the devastating human and financial costs of distracted driving.

To drive action, users were encouraged to pledge a commitment to distraction-free driving on a companion website.

“Action Against Distraction” was a marketing platform which was a first for our office. Our corporate office recognized this campaign as a “Best Practice” for our key markets.
