Del Monte, a global distributor, traditionally relied on B2B communications with retailers. For the first time, they aimed to engage consumers directly—promoting their fresh-cut fruits and vegetables through B2C marketing.

The Solution

You Are What You Eat

We developed “You Are What You Eat,” a custom digital platform featuring videos with healthy snack ideas and highlighting the convenience of their new prepackaged snacks. We also showcased Del Monte’s corporate leadership team to build a personal connection with consumers.

When we were presented the platform, You Are What You Eat, we knew it was the right vehicle to educate consumers in own back yard. Although we had never used television, we were so pleased with the quality and brand imaging that we now make it a part of our annual marketing plan.
